With this document, the manufacturer declares that the components listed in the following are in compliance with the basic requirements and other relevant regulations and laws at the time of production of the vehicle.

UKCA marking (UK Conformity Assessed) is a new British product marking used for products being placed on the market in Great Britain (England, Wales, and Scotland).

Vehicles brought onto the British market by the above-mentioned importer may contain finished products that are subject to the following regulations:

• Medical Devices Regulations 2002 (SI 2002 No. 618, as amended) (UK MDR 2002)
• Pressure Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016
• Personal Protective Equipment (Enforcement) Regulations 2018

The CE mark will be recognized in the United Kingdom for medical products until June 30, 2023.

In accordance with the above-mentioned regulations, the importer has ensured that: The manufacturer has carried out a conformity assessment, has drawn up the technical documents, and complies with the marking requirements.

Until December 31, 2022, the British mark can be used on a label affixed to the product or the accompanying documents.
